  • Local, national and international labor markets, careers and occupations
  • Education, training, career planning and employment opportunities, including application requirements for Second Career and Self-Employment Benefit
  • Guidance in job search strategy, interview techniques, and resumes/cover letters
  • Access to computers and free internet-based services: e-mail, job search database and websites
  • Faxing, printing and photocopying
