Comprehensive Employment

Integrated Employment Services (IES) offers comprehensive support to individuals seeking employment. The services include:

  • One-to-one career planning: Personalized guidance to help identify career goals and pathways.
  • Job search advice and training: Assistance with job hunting strategies and skill development.
  • Personalized employment action plans: Customized plans to achieve employment objectives.
  • Referrals to community supports and services: Connections to additional resources that may assist in employment or personal development.
  • Direct links to local employers: Facilitating connections with local businesses and employment opportunities.
  • 12 months retention support once in work: Ongoing support for up to a year to help maintain employment and address any challenges.
